Welcome to CardTrezor! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the CardTrezor mobile application ('App', 'Service'). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account, using Guest Mode, or accessing any part of CardTrezor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Creation: • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account Guest Mode: • Guest users can use basic features without creating an account • Portfolio data in Guest Mode is stored locally only and may be lost • Guest users cannot access premium features Account Security: • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account • We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

Your Portfolio Data: • You retain all rights to the data you input into the App (card collections, quantities, notes) • We do not claim ownership of your portfolio information • You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide our services Data Accuracy: • Card information, pricing, and market data are provided 'as is' from third-party sources • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of card data • You are responsible for verifying information before making purchase or sale decisions

You agree NOT to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Upload malicious code or viruses • Impersonate others or provide false information • Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission • Interfere with other users' use of the Service • Abuse or harass our support staff Violation may result in immediate account termination.

App Ownership: • CardTrezor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws Third-Party Content: • Pokemon card images, names, and data are property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and related entities • Card information is sourced from TCGdex API and other public databases • Pricing data may be sourced from TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, and similar platforms • We claim no ownership over Pokemon intellectual property Limited License: • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes • This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents

Premium Features: • Premium subscription unlocks unlimited card additions and advanced features • Free users are limited to 100 cards in their portfolio • Subscription is managed through RevenueCat Billing and Renewal: • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • You will be charged in your local currency Cancellation and Refunds: • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Subscription Management • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law • Upon cancellation, premium features are disabled but your data remains accessible Free Trial (if applicable): • Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion • You will be charged automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel • Only one free trial per user

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The App is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for losses due to: - Inaccurate card valuations or pricing data - Technical issues or data loss - Third-party service failures (Firebase, RevenueCat, APIs) - Your reliance on information provided in the App Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination by You: • You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone • All your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days Termination by Us: • We may suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Abuse our services or staff - Fail to pay subscription fees • We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate immediately for serious violations Effect of Termination: • You lose access to your account and portfolio data • Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination • Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination will survive

Governing Law: • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles Dispute Resolution: • Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution • We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith Arbitration (if applicable): • Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration • You waive your right to a jury trial • Class action waivers may apply based on jurisdiction Exceptions: • Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement • Small claims court proceedings are permitted

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App with an updated 'Last Updated' date. • Material changes will be notified through in-app notification or email • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms • If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
